Divorce Property Division
Divorce property division refers to the division of marital common property, which means dividing the marital common property into each person's personal property according to law at the time of divorce. Marital common property is the property acquired during the continuation of the marital relationship. The content of marital common property is stipulated in an enumerated and general way. The law also stipulates that there are two ways to divide marital common property: division by agreement and division by judgment.
